I lost my progress. Can it be recovered?
In the version without an account or cloud sync, progress is saved locally. Removing the app or clearing its data may erase it.
How do I remove or customize ads?
Available options appear inside the game. Consent preferences can be reviewed in the app’s privacy settings when advertising is active.
Is the game available for iPhone and Android?
Spingrade is available on the App Store for iPhone. The Android version is still in preparation.
How do I report a problem?
Include the game, device model, system version, reproduction steps, and, if possible, a screenshot. Do not include passwords, documents, or financial data.
