Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Robb Studios handles information on its website and in its games.

Last updated: September 17, 2026.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Robb Studios website and games published by the studio, including Spingrade and future titles when made available.

2. Data handled by the website

This institutional website is static. It has no registration, login area, contact form, first-party cookies, or proprietary behavior analytics tool.

3. Data handled in the games

Games may store progress data, preferences, and scores locally on the device. If an online feature, player account, leaderboard, or cloud sync is added, this policy will be updated before that feature becomes available.

4. Advertising

Games may display ads through Google AdMob. Depending on permissions, region, and the player’s consent choices, the provider may process device and advertising identifiers, approximate IP address, device information, ad interactions, and diagnostic data to deliver, measure, limit, and protect ads.

More information is available on the Google Privacy and How Google uses information in apps that use AdMob.

5. Consent and choices

Where required, a consent message will be shown before personalized advertising. Players can review privacy choices inside the app. Advertising tracking can also be limited in the operating system settings.

6. Children and teenagers

The games are not intentionally directed to children below the applicable minimum age without required protections. If a title is classified for children or a mixed audience, only services and settings compatible with that audience and store policies will be used.

7. Sharing

Robb Studios does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by providers needed for game operation, distribution, diagnostics, and monetization, such as Google, Apple, and infrastructure providers, under their respective policies.

8. Retention and security

Local data remains on the device until the app or its data is deleted. Data handled by third parties follows their retention periods and controls. We take proportionate measures to reduce the risks of unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

9. Data subject rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, information about sharing, and consent review. For guidance, visit our support page.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect new features, providers, or legal requirements. The date of the latest version will appear at the top of this page.

11. Contact

Privacy requests should be started through the official channel indicated on the support page. Do not publish personal data in public channels.
